Lunar Mojito
Still-water dilution softens the Mojito template into a calmer citrus-and-mint daytime variation built for slower pacing
Home Bartender & Cocktail Lover
Istanbul
Home bartender who cares more about ratios than showmanship. Tests drinks on a small home bar and writes up the ones worth making again.
I'm a home bartender, not a pro behind a bar. What started with one shaker, a bottle of gin and a lot of guesswork turned into a habit of writing everything down — what worked, what was too sweet, and what needed half an ounce less.
Every recipe here gets made at home before it gets published, usually more than once. I measure, I take notes, and I adjust until the balance holds up. If a drink needs a specific bottle or a particular technique to work, that gets said plainly instead of glossed over.
The goal is simple: recipes you can actually make in a normal kitchen, with equipment you already have or can buy once. No bar-only gear, no theatrics — just clear ratios and honest notes about how each drink turns out.
